Mixed nuts – ¾ cup
Cinnamon – ¼ tsp
Honey – 1tbsp (or maple syrup)
Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, line baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl mix nuts, cinnamon and honey together.
3. Sprinkle nuts with coconut to cover them.
4. Spread evenly or in clusters on the tray.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
7. Enjoy!
