Whistle n Sprout Raw Chocolate Recipe

Craving something sweet? Looking for that guilt free after dinner treat? We've got it covered....

We are excited to share our delicious, clean and very easy vegan raw chocolate recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare!

Made with our 'Balancing Cacao Elixir' and 'Nuts n Sprout Granola'.


Our Balancing Cacao Elixir is made with raw cacao, Wattleseed (Australian Native herb), Ashwagandha, Maca powder and some beautiful spices including nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamon.

Raw cacao is associated with love and is very heart opening. It may improve your mood and is also packed full of magnesium, iron, chromium, vanadium, copper, zinc and phosphorus.




Have fun and experiment with you raw chocolate... You could add freeze dried fruit, collagen powder, lavender, orange essence, anything you think would add something special to you raw chocolate. We would love to hear about your raw chocolate creations!

What you will need:

- 1/2 Cup coconut oil

- 1/2 Cup Whistle n Sprout's 'Balancing Cacao Elixir'

- 1/2 Cup peanut butter (or preferred nut butter)

- 1/4 Cup maple syrup

Optional add on:

- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Whistle n Sprout's 'Nuts n Sprout Granola'



Instructions:

1. Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat, melt coconut oil in a heat proof bowl over hot water.

2. Once melted remove from heat and gradually add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

3. Pour into chocolate moulds and set in the fridge for an hour (or about 15 minutes in the freezer if you can't wait).
