Hemp seeds:
Considered a super food, hemp seeds are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. Wonderful source of protein and fibre and packed full of vitamin E, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium.
Slippery elm powder:
Inner bark of a slippery elm tree and is used as medicine. Slippery elm is great for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bladder and urinary tract infections.
Lucuma powder:
High in fibre, antioxidants and packed with vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B and C and Calcium.
Medjool dates:
Dates are natures candy. Dates contain anti-inflammatory and anti-infective properties. Amazing for improved energy and brain functions. Rich in iron, calcium, manganese, copper, potassium and vitamin a and b-complex.

Store premix packet in the fridge. Once assembled store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
