Low Carb Pizza Base

Keto friendly ~ Gluten free ~ dairy free

Makes 1 pizza base.

What you will need:

1 cup Almond meal

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tsp dried basil

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp psyllium husk

50 mls filtered water


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare trays.

  2. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl to form a dough.

  3. Roll dough out to form your pizza base.

  4. Top with your preferred pizza toppings and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes (or until toppings are cooked).

  5. Enjoy!
